ACEVO INTERIM REPORT ON PERSONALISATION 16th November 09 looks not just at adult social services but also welfare to work, education, exoffenders and health and creating markets through personalised budgets.Very proactively for these changes, this report outline the risks and has recommendations to mitigate the risks, suggestions for VSO's on how to get ready and for Local Authorities on how to 'shape the markets'.
