The City and Hackney Health and Social Care Forum is a voluntary organisation with membership open to all voluntary and community organisations and groups in the City and Hackney with an interest in well-being, health and social care.
We aim to share information and learning, and to provide networking opportunities for the well-being, health and social care voluntary and community sector in the City and Hackney. Please feel free to browse this site, where you will find information about the Forum, details of meetings and local events and where you can interact with Forum members.
The Forum considers that voluntary and community organisations and groups add value to local well-being, health and social care developments, support and care by:
1. Working closely with service users and carers:
2. Developing and providing flexible and responsive services
3. Increasing social capital
4. Increasing the benefit available to the local community
